The subject of the contract is the sale of over-the-counter electronic hearing aids, sound amplifiers, ear hygiene products, cleaning sets, and corresponding accessories for personal well-being and everyday hearing support. Please refer to the respective product page for exact package contents, quantities, and specifications. The photos shown are for illustrative purposes; the outer packaging design may vary in individual cases.

A binding purchase offer is created by completing the checkout process. We confirm receipt of your order by email; the actual purchase contract becomes effective once we dispatch the items. We reserve the right to decline orders if items are out of stock or mandatory details are incomplete; in this case, any payments made will be refunded immediately.

All prices are stated in EUR including statutory VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are displayed separately before completing checkout. Accepted payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we will correct the price before dispatching the goods and give you the choice between confirming your order or cancelling it.

Details regarding shipping methods, transit times, and postage costs are available on the "Shipping & Payment" page. Once the package has been handed over, you bear the risk of loss and damage.

Our product photographs represent the actual goods. Screen settings, browsers, or lighting conditions may slightly alter color tones. Such minimal deviations do not constitute a material defect and do not entitle you to a free return. Please refer to the respective product page for dimensions, materials, and package contents.

We are liable for transit until the courier delivers the shipment to you or your authorized recipient. After that, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you. Note any external parcel damage directly with the courier and notify us within 48 hours.

Return ordered items within 30 days of receipt in accordance with the guidelines on the returns page. The statutory warranty provisions of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. In the event of defects in electronic hearing components, the customer is entitled to supplementary performance within the scope of statutory regulations.

• Custom-fit earpieces or components manufactured to customer specifications
• Goods with a short shelf life or specific expiration date
• Sealed ear hygiene items, cleaning solutions, or ear tips whose seal was removed after delivery
• Goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
• Audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery

Liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty is excluded, provided that no essential contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health are affected. Total liability is limited to typically foreseeable damage or the total value of the order. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected by any clause in these terms.

Orders require a minimum age of 18 years. Use each product strictly according to package instructions; our acoustic aids do not replace a medical specialist examination.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If no amicable settlement is reached, the court at the seller's registered office shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
